Introduction to Basic Handgun Course/ Defensive Handgun 1 Course Half Day (This course is to introduce and familiarize new shooters with firearms and shooters who need to knock the rust off and brush up on their skills)

This is an intimate instruction Defensive Handgun 1 Course for the new gun owners, existing gun owners who cannot consistently hit the bulls-eye, seasoned gun owners looking for a basic refresher OR existing gun owners with little to no experience with drawing from the holster.

This is a Defensive Handgun 1 Course. In this course, we will focus on:
- Firearm Safety
- Safe Gun handling
- Grip
- Stance
- Sight Alignment/Sight Picture
- Trigger Press
- Loading/Unloading/Reloading
- Clearing Malfunctions i.e Failures/Stoppages
- Drawing from holster
- Shooting Drills
You will need the following:
- 200 rounds ammo
- Semi-Automatic hand Gun
- 2-3 Magazines
- Magazine Carriers
- Gun Belt
- Holster
- Appropriate Range Attire
- No V-necks/low cut shirts
- No Hoodies
- No loose fitting clothes
- No Open Toe Shoes
- Hearing Protection
- Eye Protection
- Drink/Water (No alcohol)
- Snack
- Hats advise
- Sunscreen
FREE FSC Card provided with completion of the day (Must notify needed before training day)
Please DO NOT purchase any guns or equipment for this class as we can provide the equipment you may need for $150 fee (ammo not included)
