General Terms & Conditions
Triple G Tactical
Course General Terms and Conditions, Assumption of Risk, and Liability Release
By checking the acceptance box and completing registration, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these terms governing my participation in Triple G Tactical courses, instruction, drills, range sessions, and related training activities (the “Activities”). The participant must personally accept the participation waiver, even if someone else purchases the registration.
1. Registration and payment
Registration is subject to available space, payment of the required fees, and satisfaction of the eligibility and equipment requirements disclosed for the course. I am responsible for reviewing the course description, prerequisites, location, schedule, and required equipment before purchasing. Only the instruction, equipment, ammunition, and other items expressly identified as included in the course price are included.
2. No refunds; participant cancellations and no-shows
ALL COURSE SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS TRIPLE G TACTICAL CANCELS THE COURSE, EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
This policy applies to deposits and course registration payments. Participant cancellations, scheduling conflicts, illness, personal emergencies, transportation problems, failure to attend, late arrival, early departure, failure to complete a course, and failure to meet the course requirements do not qualify for a refund, except as required by law.
Failure to attend does not create an entitlement to a credit, makeup session, or transfer. Removal for a violation of the safety or conduct requirements in Section 5 does not qualify for a refund, except as required by law.
Nothing in this policy permits Triple G Tactical to retain duplicate or unauthorized charges or restricts any nonwaivable consumer or payment-dispute rights.
3. Cancellations and schedule changes by Triple G Tactical
Triple G Tactical may cancel a course because of unsafe conditions, severe weather, facility closure, instructor unavailability, insufficient enrollment, or other circumstances affecting delivery of the course. If Triple G Tactical cancels a course before it begins, participants will receive a full refund of amounts paid to Triple G Tactical for that course, including mandatory fees collected with the registration. A participant may voluntarily choose an offered replacement course or credit instead of a refund.
If Triple G Tactical changes the course date or materially changes the time, location, or promised instruction, a participant may accept the change or decline it and receive the refund applicable to a cancellation by Triple G Tactical. A transfer or credit will not be imposed instead of a refund in those circumstances. Routine instructor substitutions or reasonable adjustments to exercises that preserve the advertised course do not constitute cancellation.
If Triple G Tactical ends a course early and cancels the remaining instruction, it will refund the portion of the course price attributable to the undelivered instruction, or provide a greater refund where required by law. Participants may voluntarily accept replacement instruction instead.
Refunds will be initiated promptly to the original payment method where practicable. Posting times depend on the payment provider. To the extent permitted by law, Triple G Tactical is not responsible for participants’ separately incurred travel, lodging, lost wages, or other incidental expenses.
4. Participant-requested transfers and rescheduling
A participant may request a transfer to another course or substitution of another eligible participant by contacting Triple G Tactical through the contact method listed on its website or registration confirmation. Approval is at Triple G Tactical’s discretion, depends on availability and eligibility, and must be confirmed in writing. A request alone does not change a registration. No transfer, credit, or rescheduling is guaranteed, and a declined request does not qualify for a refund under Section 2.
5. Eligibility, equipment, and safe conduct
I represent that I am at least 18 years old and legally permitted to possess, handle, and use the firearms and ammunition involved in the Activities. I am not subject to a conviction, court order, or other legal restriction that prohibits my participation. I will provide accurate registration information and satisfy the prerequisites disclosed for the course. Participation by anyone under 18 requires prior written approval and a separate, appropriate parent or guardian agreement; these terms alone do not authorize a minor to participate.
I understand the physical and mental demands of the Activities and am able to participate safely. If I have a condition that could affect safe participation or need an accommodation, I will contact Triple G Tactical before the course so the request can be considered under applicable law. I will immediately stop and notify an instructor if I believe conditions are unsafe or I cannot continue safely.
I will follow all instructor commands, range rules, applicable laws, and safety procedures. I will use required eye and hearing protection and bring the serviceable equipment and suitable ammunition specified for the course. I will not participate while impaired by alcohol, drugs, medication, fatigue, or any condition that compromises safe firearm handling.
Triple G Tactical may restrict or end my participation for unsafe firearm handling, failure to follow instructions, impairment, threatening or disruptive conduct, misrepresentation of eligibility, or failure to meet disclosed safety requirements. Such removal is subject to Section 2 and applicable law. Safety-based decisions do not waive applicable accommodation obligations.
6. Express assumption of risk
FIREARM TRAINING INVOLVES RISKS OF SERIOUS INJURY, PERMANENT DISABILITY, PARALYSIS, AND DEATH.
Risks include unintended discharges, projectiles and ricochets, equipment failure, excessive noise, exposure to lead and other range contaminants, burns, slips and falls, physical exertion, weather, and the actions or omissions of other people. Activities may occur at private facilities or facilities also used by the public. Emergency assistance may be delayed.
I understand that risks may arise from my own conduct, other participants, facility conditions, or the ordinary negligence of the parties identified below. Other risks may be unknown or unforeseeable. I voluntarily participate with knowledge of these risks and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, assume the risks of injury, death, property damage, and related loss arising from the Activities. This assumption does not extend to liability that cannot lawfully be waived.
7. Release of liability for ordinary negligence
In consideration of permission to participate, I release Triple G Tactical; GSL Group, Inc.; their respective directors, officers, employees, instructors, agents, and volunteers; participating sponsors; other participants; and owners or lessors of the training premises (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims I may have for personal injury, death, or property damage arising from my participation in the Activities, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF A RELEASED PARTY, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes ordinary negligence in instruction, supervision, equipment provision, or emergency assistance connected with the Activities.
THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT RELEASE GROSS NEGLIGENCE, RECKLESS OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, FRAUD, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE RELEASED. It applies to my claims and persons asserting rights through me only to the extent permitted by law; it does not purport to waive independent rights of non-signatories.
8. Responsibility for harm caused by my conduct
To the extent permitted by law, I agree to reimburse a Released Party for third-party claims, property damage, and reasonable related expenses to the extent caused by my negligent or intentional misconduct or my material violation of these safety requirements. This obligation does not cover a Released Party’s own negligence or other misconduct and does not impose a penalty merely for bringing a good-faith claim or exercising a protected legal right.
9. Emergency assistance
If I am injured or become ill during an Activity, I authorize Triple G Tactical to request emergency assistance and provide assistance within the responder’s training and lawful authority. I understand that medical services may be provided by independent professionals. I am responsible for my medical and transportation expenses except to the extent another party is legally responsible. This provision does not expand the liability release.
10. Training outcomes and course materials
Attendance does not guarantee certification, qualification, a license, a permit, employment, or a particular level of proficiency. Any certificate depends on the applicable course requirements. Training does not confer law enforcement authority or permission to carry or use a firearm contrary to law.
Course materials supplied by Triple G Tactical are for the participant’s personal educational use. They may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without permission, except as allowed by law. Recording instruction requires prior instructor approval and must comply with range rules and other participants’ privacy rights. These restrictions do not prohibit honest reviews or lawful reporting to authorities.
11. Photography and media consent
I authorize Triple G Tactical and its authorized media service providers to photograph or record me during the Activities and use my image, likeness, and voice in course-related educational, promotional, and advertising materials, including its website, social media, and printed materials, worldwide without compensation. This permission does not authorize disclosure of my contact information or other private registration details.
I permit reasonable editing and understand that I will not have a right to approve each use. Triple G Tactical owns recordings it creates, subject to the rights of others. It may not materially misrepresent my statements, imply an endorsement I did not make, or use the recordings in an unlawful or defamatory manner. This consent does not transfer ownership of my independent content or consumer reviews.
To the extent permitted by law, I release claims arising solely from uses I have authorized here. This release does not cover uses outside this consent or liability that cannot lawfully be waived. I may withdraw consent for new uses by written notice through the website’s contact method. Withdrawal will not require recall of printed materials already distributed or third-party copies outside Triple G Tactical’s control. Triple G Tactical will stop new uses and reasonably remove existing promotional uses it controls after receiving the notice.
12. General terms
These terms and the course-specific details disclosed and accepted at purchase govern the registration. Later website revisions apply prospectively and do not retroactively change an existing registration without agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
California law governs, subject to any mandatory protections that apply under other applicable law. Nothing in this agreement limits a nonwaivable legal right, an honest consumer review, or a lawful complaint or report to a government agency.
Participant acceptance
I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE NO-REFUND POLICY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. I ACCEPT VOLUNTARILY.
